Fear that I feel

Life’s Sweet Fears

A sadness flows through me
A wish to weep anew
A corrupt soul beneath me
I see no way through

Confidence, turned upside down
The fear I breed within
Takes control as anger
Oh, I can not win

Through out my dark journey
I pass, invisible to all
I need so much more
To stop me from my fall

I wish that I could feel
A joy unchecked inside
Instead of all this fear
That I can barely hide.
